SPACECRAFT PRESS O46: “CHRISTMAS ISLAND” BY KEN HUNT

xmas.jpgSpacecraft Press is proud to announce the release of Ken Hunt’s Christmas Island. A total of 25 copies were produced, all of which are for sale.

Ken Hunt’s writing has appeared in Chromium Dioxide, No Press, Rampike, and Matrix Magazine. His first book of poetry, Space Administration, was published in 2014 by the LUMA Foundation as part of Hans Ulrich and Kenneth Goldsmith’s 89+ Project. For three years, Ken served as the managing editor of NōD Magazine, and for one year, he served as poetry editor of filling Station. In 2014, Ken founded Spacecraft Press, where he publishes experimental writing inspired by science and technology. Ken’s next two books of poetry, The Lost Cosmonauts and The Odyssey, are each forthcoming from BookThug in 2018 and 2019, respectively. Ken is currently pursuing an English MA at Concordia University in Montréal.

SPACECRAFT PRESS O45: EXCERPTS FROM “SPACE WOW” BY CHRISTOPH SZALAY

space wow.jpgSpacecraft Press is proud to announce the release of Christoph Szalay’s Space WOW. A total of 50 copies were produced, 25 of which are for sale.

Christoph Szalay’s Space WOW, written half in German and half in English, plunders fragments of language from several sources, including various NASA documents, in order to create poetry. The text from which this page was excerpted was part of a multimedia installation in Sept. 2016, presented in both German and Slovenian. Space WOW is also slated to be performed on May 16th, 2017, in Graz, Austria.
