Spacecraft Press is proud to announce the publication of Russel Jones’s Birds 1.0. A total of 50 copies were produced, 25 of which are for sale.
Birds 1.0 filters the lexicons of animal behavioural science and evolutionary biology through the conceits of programming, demonstrating that language itself morphs and evolves depending upon the lens through which it is viewed.
Russell Jones is an Edinburgh-based writer. He has published 4 collections of poetry and is currently writing young adult novels. He is the editor of Where Rockets Burn Through: Contemporary Science Fiction Poems from the UK, was a guest editor for The Interdisciplinary Science Reviews, and is the assistant editor and poetry editor of Shoreline of Infinity, a new SF magazine from Scotland.
